@scales57 I think you may be referring to the portly gent in the purple shirt. He happened to be Fiachra Trench (the orchestral arranger & conductor). Along with Unplugged, he served in the same role for Live In Dublin, BBC2 shows as well as Home album. Along with other Corr alumni, he has been a major collaborator on Sharon Corr’s solo project

Who is responsible for the “unplugged” arrangement??? It is absolutely outstanding! As great as the Corrs are (were), the Irish Film Orchestra did a fantastic job here, as well! God love the Irish!

both Sharon and Andrea messed up on their solo, but its still sounds great. Love it when Caroline comes in, most memorable.

@anderaina I do not know the brand, but Andrea was quoted as saying, “I play the tin whistle because…I lose so many of them and they’re cheap so it doesn’t really matter.” The reason she makes it sound like smooth honey? Probably because in part she is so talented and in part because its a reflection of her honey smooth voice.
@misslanvin yes it has a very beautiful sound. Most of the tin whistles that I heard were shrill, but this is low pitch smoothing honey. do you have any idea what brand and model?
