A few of the casino networks don’t let U.S. players to join because of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) that creates it harder for U.S. players to take online gaming websites. The UIGEA convinced a few of the ways to leave the U.S. market. Player accounts were suspended and the gaming websites no more received subscriptions from players in the U.S.
Other online casino US players, anyway, stayed letting U.S. players. They can do this because they taken the law differently. The UIGEA, for example, does not necessarily control games of skill while the house does not have the chance to win a bet. This means it could still be absolutely legal for U.S. banks to transfer money to casinos while players have taken part in games like poker.
Since there are another ways to understand the UIGEA, many networks remain to accept U.S. players. No one is sure that the law forbids casinos and U.S. players from taking part in real money games. Until the courts particularly say that the UIGEA forbids banks from transferring money to and from casino networks that let real money games of skill, though, it looks like that numerous organizations outside of the U.S. will remain to provide players their services.
